Internet Dating Conference took place on January 27-29, 2010 in Miami Beach Convention center. Pilot Group LTD was a Dating Industry & Social Networking Industry sponsor and a speaker at a conference.

Several pre-conferences took place.Google presented a 4 hour session on special tools for Online dating Market, OPW (Mark Brooks) spoke about trends in the industry (both Dating and Social Networking) and various marketing opportunities. I have managed to make both. Everyone spoke about new era of TV, Videos and advertising.

Special Matchmakers session gathered both offline and online matchmakers (mostly from US). All I can say, matchmaking now is becoming more and more serious business with big players!

Social Networking side of the conference discussed blue ocean strategies, social networking for enterprise, security issues in private social networks and much more.

I spoke both at Internet Dating and Social Networking panels on Latest dating/social networking software trends in the industries. The room was full and we got good feedback and lots of questions. Everyone came to a conclusion that very soon there will be Community sites only, that is dating sites with social networking features or Social networks with dating features.

IDate Awards ceremony took place in the evening. PG Dating Pro was nominated as the best Dating software so we waited for the final results! …not this year. WhiteLabelDating won. But still for us getting into the final round is already an honor! The venue was fantastic! Lots of networking and business jammed into 2 days of the conference!
